The Conjuring: Last Rites

"3.5 stars nothing beats the 1st one. It was overdone in my view from an imagery perspective - the farmer and the old lady specifically. I wish they kept that out or brought human acting not weird looking monsters. Maybe it’s just me. The creepy thing was that as a teenager, I recall watching the interview done with Larry King at that time with the family. That was the only thing that brought me chills lol"

"This was everything to me perfect conclusion to the conjuring universe. Vera and Patrick killed it as Lorraine and Ed Warren. I throughly jumped and had some scares. I enjoy the end credits including complied clips and photos of the real story. Little peak a boos of Annabelle. I do not care if they come out with 10 of more of these I will watch every single one 🤣🤣"

"Honestly, it was a good solid movies. They used a lot of darkness in the picture to make it scarier. The old lady did look fake instead of macabre/evil looking. Slow, but interesting. It wasn’t as scary as the first. "

"The Conjuring: Last Rites was a good finale to a horror franchise. Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga are absolutely the heart of it and it was just good to get to see them together again on screen. Orion Smith and Madison Lawlor both get it right as younger versions of Ed and Lorraine Warren. I also liked seeing Judy take more of a prominent role here even if she is played by a different actress this time around. Big antique mirrors have always been creepy - and that crawling baby toy's creepiness was off the charts. I hope that dog is okay!"
