"28 Days Later is such a good idea and wanted fresh take on the zombie genre when it was kinda bogged down and overdone at the time. The fast moving zombie type was brutal to see then as much as it now because this movie makes you truly fear them! That and you care so much about the charters and what happens to them. Also very Realistic way to display the male Psyche especially ones from the army. "

"Now this is movies is actually just fantastic. That intro was probably my favorite intro for a movie ever. That song is so addictive. The characters are infinitely better in this than the other two. Plus really like the dialogue in this. Characters can be funny and serious in another scene. Amazing actors. The story was simple but I think how it ended made it a lot better of a pay off. My complaint is well mainly nitpicks. I did miss not seeing the infected as much. It definitely makes up for it because they are used sparingly in this. Which makes the encounters much more intense I found. Plus you don’t get a good glimpse of them really. which again adds more than hurts. This film although I really like early walking dead look( only way I can explain it even if it’s not right). The subtle background music. The weird effects and sound designs they do. It can be very therapeutic which made me a little sleepy at times. Which mainly is my fault because watched it in bed. How he used the infected to his advantage was super cool. Got extremely dark at the end there. Did not expect to enjoy it that much. God loved watching all of these movies though. Got my zombie itch for sure. Plus genuinely loved all of them. Probably won’t watch whatever new one is apparently is coming. Mainly because the name of it. Hurts me inside that they are using a different title than the others. I think the newest one had the best zombies. The sequel wad the most entertaining. This one is just a really well made movie. Don’t say that lightly. "

"I forgot how intense this movie is. Probably the most realistic zombie movie out there. However, the shooting style during the close up zombie attacks really annoyed me. It’s very jerky and dark and you can’t tell what’s going on most of the time when it does that. "
