"I went into this movie blind after hearing a buzz about it being good, but that's all. I wasn't ready for how disturbing it was. I'm no stranger to horror movies, in fact I relish them. But there were some scenes in this movie that shocked me and I had to look away. So be forewarned, there are some really gnarly scenes of gore in this one. As far as the story goes, it's a slow burn that descends into absolute horror with supernatural elements that weren't fully explained. In fact, it's hardly explained at all. There is a lot of ambiguity as to how things evolve. The practical effects were so well done that it was convincingly realistic and dreadful. This most definitely won't be for everyone, but I appreciate it for its intended purpose. To put it plainly, this is a F*CKED UP movie, but in a good way. 8/10"
"Brilliant! A bit of gore, yet a great story, sad, creepy, with superb acting all around!! Nailed it. "

"This was weirdly good. But the characters were very frustrating. They made every wrong move that you could make and never made one smart decision. Even the blind girl didn't seem to have heightened senses for her other ones. She couldn't smell blood or feel it or hear better or decipher tonal inflections. But it's definitely worth a watch. The acting was great. I probably won't rewatch it like I did with Talk To Me."
"Oh boy this was a lot. If you’re squeamish then I would probably avoid this one. The boy actor is phenomenal. Genuinely better than 95% of other horror villains. "

"The reveal may have been somewhat foreseen but I stayed on the edge of my seat. Two recent orphans , one blind and one troubled, lands in the care of a grieving mother whom has passed the point of breaking. There’s some pretty messed up gory scenes and I loved it, it was nice having a horror flick that i could scream at the tv due to the “wtf” of it all!"
"I can not even begin to explain the distain I have for this movie. I actually rented it because I heard good things, but at the end I found myself being disgusted. If all a movie can end up doing is make me nauseous then I’ll pass. Gore **** for shock value. Sad to because these same people actually did a good job with “talk to me”. "
